Rental Terms and Conditions

A two week notice is required in order to guarantee availability of any rental equipment.

Equipment can be delivered “locally” at an additional charge between $20.00 to $40.00.

Our policy requires that a letter of responsibility be submitted with all rental reservations, along with a $100.00 refundable security deposit, unless “Essynce Consultant” attendant(s) are present to manage the equipment.

All rentals are to be prepaid by money order, cash, or credit card.

Most of the equipment we rent requires training prior to its use. We suggest that the designated to run the equipment get a lesson in operation from us prior to the date of the event because we will not be responsible for machines that were not operated properly.

Our rental equipment is tested for safety and reliability on a regular basis. However, there is a risk that if it is not used properly, injury could result. The Very Essynce of Events, LLC assumes no responsibility for injury resulting from the misuse of a machine. If insurance is needed for your particular event, it should be provided by you.

You will be responsible for the equipment from the time the equipment is picked up to the returned. Please make sure the equipment is secured when not in use and protected in bad and/or good weather. You will be charged for any damaged or missing items.

CANCELLATIONS: Due to the high demand for equipment, it is necessary for us to reserve equipment's guarantee in advance in the form of a security deposit which totals 50% of the total fee. Deposits must be pre-paid in advance in order to reserve the equipment for our clients. Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the rental date will not be penalized. Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the date will be charged $30.00 per machine. Cancellations made 24 hours (1 day) prior to the rental date will be charged $50.00 per machine. Rental reservations not cancelled prior to the rental date will be charged one rental cost for all equipment reserved.
